Return Policy
Damaged Goods on Arrival
If your order has been damaged in transit, we require you to provide photo proof along with a submission in writing no later than 3 days after receiving the item. At which time an investigation will take place. We reserve the right to refuse replacement should it be found the item was not damaged in transit and is caused by the fault of the customer or inadequate delivery notes.
Anthony Lee Photography is not responsible for incorrectly provided addresses or items lost in transit. Tracking numbers are used when items are being sent. If your order doesn't arrive, you should contact NZ Post directly to enquire.

Change of Mind
As each piece is made to order, we are unable to accept refunds or returns for change of mind or buyer's remorse. While extra measures are taken to ensure you are sent the product ordered, if you receive an incorrect order, please let us know in writing within 3 days of receiving the item, along with photo proof. The correct item will be dispatched once we have received the incorrect item back. Shipping of an incorrect item will be at our expense.
